• We only conduct personal inspections of your asset - no giving out keys.  We also conduct "open house" inspections where appropriate, ensuring that photographic identification is
  provided by all prospective tenants before access
  is permitted.

• Our tenancy selection process is second to none, with strict selection criteria, thorough review of references and tenancy checks conducted with the National Tenancy Database (NTD).

• You will be kept informed weekly during the tenancy selection process and will have the opportunity to be actively involved in this process if you wish.

• You can be assured of thorough preparation of all tenancy documentation, including the lease agreement, condition report and lodgement of bond monies with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority. We take detailed digital images of your property prior to the commencement of the tenancy, to ensure your asset is protected.

With expert knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, we can assist and represent you in resolving tenancy disputes, with a minimum of stress and expense.
